Mindfulness for Youth
I have taught youth for 37 years in a public setting and mindfulness for youth the last 8 years. I feel it is extremely beneficial for ALL youth! My wish is that it be taught to ALL students K-12. It would change the culture of the schools!
I am currently taking a break from offering these classes, but they are still near and dear to my heart. I am centering my efforts now on Mindful Parenting and in speaking engagements across all sectors.
Please reach out with any interest or questions!

Meanwhile, if you are looking for mindfulness opportunities I recommend Jen Rapanos who is a mindfulness therapist and teacher for youth. Her business is called Well-Bean.
